n its century-old history, Dhaka Club has transitioned from the British era to modern-day Bangladesh effortless, keeping up with modern times. Keeping with this habit, the next step in Dhaka Club’s legacy is the construction of The Samson Centre.

The Samson Centre is being constructed in commemoration of the Late Samson H. Chowdhury by the Square Group. The four storied building will have a total of 32,000 square feet in floor space. The building will be a departure from the Club’s traditional styling in favor of contemporary furniture and décor, while still maintaining the Club’s distinctive identity and class. After completion of this new building, facilities such as the Lounges, Bars, Dining Halls, Billiards and Snookers rooms and the Kitchen will all be relocated to the new building until the main premises are fully renovated.
